5N / 6DGlimpse Of Kashmir Honeymoon Package
Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg

Start in Panaji, land in Srinagar and let a local team handle the hotels, the private cab and a pace that suits your group.
The short version for Panaji: a long journey, so most travellers plan 6–7 nights.
Because the journey from Panaji is long, 6–7 nights lets you rest after arriving and still see Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam at an unhurried pace. We are a travel agency based in Srinagar, so our plans follow real road, weather and hotel conditions: Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg, with the quieter Gurez Valley as a seasonal option.

By air
Panaji is served by Goa's Dabolim Airport (GOI) or Manohar International Airport at Mopa (GOX). Most flights to Srinagar connect through Delhi or Mumbai; nonstop options can appear on some schedules, so compare current timetables before you book.
By train
Trains toward Jammu Tawi and Katra exist, but the distance from Panaji makes rail a trip in itself. Most travellers fly and use a private cab once they land.
By road
Driving is not recommended from here. Fly or take the train and arrange a private cab in Kashmir. See our Kashmir cab booking page.
Send us your flight or train details and we plan the Srinagar pick-up around them. A Vande Bharat train connects Katra and Srinagar and was extended to Jammu Tawi in 2026; timetables change, so check IRCTC.
Goa has two airports, which gives you a real choice of flight timings. The sea-level, humid climate means you will want warm layers and a light waterproof when you reach the mountains.
After a long journey, keep the first evening light. Spend the middle days on Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam at an easy pace, and keep the last night in Srinagar so the return journey is not rushed.
School holidays and long weekends are the usual windows, and many people prefer a cooler break in summer.
For month-by-month conditions, see our honeymoon packages guide and the article on how much a Kashmir trip costs.
Every package page lists its inclusions and exclusions. Read our cancellation and refund policy and the Kashmir travel FAQs, and check current travel advisories before you book.
The cost of a Kashmir tour package generally starts from ₹6,000 per person and can go up to ₹40,000 or more per person, depending on the travel requirements.
The final price depends on the number of days, number of travellers, travel season, hotel category, transportation, meal plan, and destinations included in your itinerary. Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, and Premium packages are available to suit different budgets (see our budget tours and all Kashmir holiday packages).
For example, travellers looking for a budget-friendly holiday may choose standard accommodation, while honeymoon couples may prefer premium hotels or a luxury houseboat on Nigeen Lake.
At Acme Tour & Travels, we recommend comparing the complete package inclusions rather than choosing an option based on price alone. Our guide on how much a Kashmir trip will cost explains the cost breakdown in detail.
We generally recommend 5 nights and 6 days for a relaxed first Kashmir trip. This gives you more time to explore the major destinations without rushing between places.
Suggested durations include:
For travellers interested in offbeat places, photography, or a slower holiday, we recommend allowing a week or longer.
Our standard package inclusions generally cover:
Some packages may also include a Shikara ride or other specified activities. Inclusions vary by quotation, so we provide the details before confirmation.
Gondola tickets, pony rides, local union taxis, entrance tickets, optional activities, shopping, and sightseeing outside the agreed itinerary may cost extra unless specifically included in writing.
We can also arrange accommodation-only, transport-only (see Kashmir car rental with driver), or customised packages according to your requirements.
Extra expenses depend on the selected package and itinerary. Common examples include:
We recommend asking for a written quotation that clearly separates included services from optional expenses.
It is also sensible to keep approximately 10–15% of your planned trip budget aside for unforeseen expenses. This is a budgeting suggestion, not a mandatory fee.
Kashmir is beautiful throughout the year, but the best month depends on the experience you want.
Each season offers a different side of Kashmir. Our recommendation is to select your travel dates according to your preferred experiences, budget, and comfort.
Share your dates, number of travellers and hotel preference. We reply by phone or WhatsApp with an itinerary and a written quote.
