This resort in batoot is situated at an elevation of 1560 metres on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway, straddling the wooded slopes of the Patnitop mountain range, overlooking the breathtaking Chenab canyon, which is about 125 kilometres from Jammu.

Patnitop Jammu is 18 miles away from Sanasar (advised to carry Picnic lunch). Play golf, go pony riding or paragliding (only for those between the ages of 15 and 45, and weather permitting), and in the winter, go skiing at Patni Top or Natha Top.
