Day 1- Srinagar: Welcome to the heavenly Kashmir
Arrive in Kashmir to a warm welcome, then enjoy the spectacular Shikara rides and an overnight stay on a houseboat on Dal Lake.... As soon as you arrive at the Srinagar Airport, a member of the agent's staff will be there to welcome you. You will then be taken to the houseboat docking pier at Dal Lake from this location. The houseboat offers you some time for recuperation after check-in and lunch... The evening Shikara ride to Nehru Park is the highlight of the first day of your Kashmir trip package. The houseboat in Srinagar will be where you spend the night and your meal... Distance from Srinagar Airport to Dal Lake: 24 km Travel Time: 40 minutes
Day 2Srinagar, Pahalgam: Leisure day at Pahalgam
Travel to Pahalgam for adventure and sightseeing... After a sumptuous breakfast in the houseboat on Day 2 of your Kashmir tour package, you will be driven to Pahalgam. You can stop at Martand Sun Temple, a well-liked tourist destination, along route... To check in and have lunch, proceed to the hotel in Pahalgam. You are free to relax and explore the area this evening.. Enjoy a great meal to round off the day and spend the night at the Pahalgam hotel. Distance from Dal Lake to Pahalgam: 92 km Travel Time: 2 hours an class="middeltex">Optional: white water rafting in the Aru Valley, a pony ride to the Baisaran Valley, and a trip to the Betaab Valley. Tip: Inform the on-site restaurant in advance if you want to eat local Kashmiri food, which includes Dum Aloo, Gushtaba, Rogan Josh, Yakhni, and Kawa.
Day 3Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Srinagar: Day excursion to Gulmarg
Prior to continuing on to Srinagar, take a Gondola ride at Gulmarg.. Have breakfast in the hotel in Pahalgam to start the day. Check out and go on to Gulmarg, the next stop on your Kashmir vacation trip... You may go on nature walks and watch birds in this area to take in the peaceful surroundings. After eating lunch at a neighbourhood eatery, ride the renowned Gondola towards Apharwat through Kongdori. You'll see some of the most breathtaking vistas of Gulmarg's highest peaks during the journey.. You will be driven to your hotel in Srinagar for check-in, supper, and overnight accommodation following the Gondola ride. This completes day 3 of your schedule for Kashmir. Distance from Pahalgam to Gulmarg: 140 km Travel Time: 2 hours 45 minutes an class="middeltex">Distance from Gulmarg to Srinagar: 50 km Travel Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Day 4Srinagar, Sonamarg: A day out in Sonamarg - The meadow of gold
Visit Sonamarg for a day trip and spend the day leisurely at the Meadow of Gold... A day-long excursion to Sonamarg is the next addition in your Kashmir vacation itinerary. At the hotel in Srinagar, eat a hearty breakfast before leaving. When you arrive, check in and then relax. You are free to do as you like for the remainder of the day. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a neighbourhood eatery before participating in one of the numerous excursions or activities. At the Thajiwas Glacier, you may choose between taking a pony ride and visiting the Khir-Bhawani and Narang temples... You will be driven back to your hotel in Srinagar in the evening for supper and overnight accommodation. Distance from Srinagar to Sonamarg: 80 km Travel Time: 1 hour 45 minutes per side an class="middeltex">Optional: If you are in mood for some adventure, go for watersports at the Manasbal Lake in Ganderbal.
Day 5Srinagar: Departure from Srinagar
After a filling breakfast at the hotel, finish the check-out procedures because your incredible Kashmir family vacation is now coming to an end as you are taken to Srinagar Airport. Enjoy the trip home while carrying some special recollections of this stunning location.
TIP: You must depart for the airport at least 4 hours before the scheduled flight time due to tight security. Before entering the airport, you must pass through four security checkpoints. Long traffic backups frequently result from this immediately outside the airport.
